The American Legion Edinburg Post 408 is excited to host the 47th Pan de Campo Cook-Off Competition, celebrating the rich culinary tradition of Texas’ official state bread.

Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a backyard baker, this cook-off is your chance to showcase your skills and compete for prizes, bragging rights, and the title of Pan de Campo Champion!
Event Highlights:
Cooking Competition: Participants will prepare their best Pan de Campo recipes on-site along with other categories.
Family Fun: Live music, games, and activities for all ages.
Local Vendors: Explore craft stalls from local businesses.
