Roma Bluffs Observation Deck
Perched on the Roma Bluffs and located behind a hundred year old customs house, the large observation deck overlooks the Rio Grande and the Mexican city of Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas. The deck provides sweeping views of the borderlands and the Sierra Madre Occidental. It is favorite among avid birders.
Big Red’s Ranch
At Big Red we strengthen families and fight for the fatherless through camps, events, and resources.
Falcon State Park
Fish in the 84,000-acre Falcon International Reservoir, on the Rio Grande. Anglers mainly catch largemouth bass and channel catfish here. Access the lake via our boat ramp, and then clean your catch at our fish cleaning station.
Resaca De La Palma State Park
If you’re craving vast, scenic exploration, this park is for you. It also offers four decks with excellent views over the resaca.
Mission Hike And Bike Trail
Bentsen Palm features a system of more than 10 miles of hike and bike trails that connect homeowners and visitors to nature. Thoughtfully designed to get you close to the area’s many species of birds and wildlife, our trails are one of the most popular attractions at Bentsen Palm.

Located along the banks of the Rio Grande, this refuge is perfect for hikes both long and short.
