The City of Edinburg and the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley invite the public to help celebrate the Festival of International Books and Art (FESTIBA) at the Promenade Park Amphitheater, Friday, February 24. The celebration will include art, authors, fun children’s activities, various workshops, music, food, shopping, and entertainment for individuals of all ages. FESTIBA Community Day Festival is a family fun-filled event. Admission is free and open to the public.
